Privacy Policy eventmail

eventmail serves mostly private, non-commercial, members only e-mail lists and some commercial e-mailers. Every email that is sent via our service has a very clearly marked automatic opt-out button in the bottom footer of the email that is delivered 100% of the time. eventmail strictly follows the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 for Commercial Emailers and requires all commercial emailers to provide a physical mailing address on each and every email sent. Every one of our Clients has signed a strict no-SPAM contract in which they have avowed that their email address collection methodes are in compliance with the CAN-SPAM act and that no unsolicited emails are collected.

eventmail does not allow brokered, bought or traded lists on our service. We have a very strict anti-SPAM policy that forbids unsolicited email and any such emailing is a violation of the Client agreement and results in immediate suspension of e-mailing capability and permanent termination of the contract agreement. Only opt-in lists may be sent througheventmail.

eventmail has taken an extra measure requiring all email clients to send from their own registered URLs, unlike other email services. Each sending URL is officially registered and tied to a physical address and contact phone number so that the orginator of the email is ALWAYS available in the public WHOIS registrar database. This insures that every sender is publicly identified and that the email's "From," "To," and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – is accurate and identifies the person who initiated the email.
